A Great Help to Building Your Business

To build your business, which is what we all naturally want to do, you need to provide information on your website.  Helpful, timely, and relevant information.  You want to provide, therefore,  good content for your customers and prospective customers when they visit your site.  If you provide great information you will become known as a place to go and your reputation will grow.

The informational content you provide must be reliable and of great quality.  Your website visitors will grow to trust you through the content you provide.  Damage your integrity with low-quality, worn-out, outdated information and you will quickly lose your customers.

This brings me to a terrific new product I’ve dug into this past week.   This is not only a product; it includes wide-ranging services to build your internet marketing business.  Because you know content – interesting, new, informative and helpful content is vital to your website’s success, you owe it to your success to check out all the Private Label Rights products, videos, support, and loads of services that two well-established marketing friends of mine are offering.  Daniel Sumner and Dave Nicholson offer a goldmine of business improvement possibilities and options you will not want to pass up!  Check into it. You will be impressed, I’m sure.

We’re not BORN experts

It takes time, a lot of work, and relentless commitment to learn something new.  Everyone starts out at the beginning and has to work through a “learning curve” obstacle course to get their personal knowledge base built.  If you are going to run a 4-minute mile, you have to get yourself  in shape.  Physically, with training and proper nutrition, and mentally, with commitment and focus, along with conditioning of thought and attitude.   The mental conditioning has to be always in line with physical conditioning. Through time and hard work you will become an “expert”.

So it is with learning how to be a super successful internet marketer.  If you have chosen internet marketing as the business field you want to excel in, you must believe you can do it.  Then, you have go about gathering all the information you can in order to start your education in the basics.  Just showing up and taking this first step is about as far as a lot of would-be internet marketers get.  Commitment weakens, success seems out of reach in their lifetime, or they just didn’t have a plan in place that they could follow.  Without a plan, all the information and research you have gained, can’t be put into practice.  Then things just fizzle away.

Speaking for myself, I needed actual visual help in order to see how to set up everything from the ground up.  That is what led me to John Thornhill’s coaching program.  In easy to follow videos, I can follow each step along the way to setting up a blog site, an email program, an autoresponder, Google Adsense, Clickbank, and more things will follow all these soon enough, too.  And just like the training and dedication of the  athlete who wants to run a 4-minute mile, I am working a plan that will make me an “expert” in the business of internet marketing.  It’s what will keep me in shape, mentally, that is!

If you want to do something badly enough, you will do what it takes to get it done.  It does take time and patience, so you have to stick with it to the end.  John Thornhill’s Coaching Program will help anyone at any level learn how to set themselves up as a successful internet marketer.

Where exactly to jump in = finding a niche

Just do some research into what are the hot topics in internet marketing and what are the hot products and you will be led into level after level of material to research.  This is good, though.  All that research will get your mind in the frame of focus you need to concentrate on a specific niche – the category, the product, the foundation surrounding the process of building and then marketing your chosen product.  Peeling away layer after layer of possible choices to market is like a discovery mission.  The results along the way can be surprising as you finally end up with a niche that fits your interest enough to compel your commitment and dedication.  Then it’s time to really jump in and put everything into your product’s success.

Personal brainstorming, Dark Knight, and California earthquake

I’ve been working on ideas to focus on concerning an information product that I’ll start putting together very soon.  The various ways to use eBay, affiliate programs, and joint ventures, are all ways I have just touched on so far.  Writing an ebook, or working out a joint venture on an ebook or other information product is what I am zeroing in on right now.  And of course that would involve choosing a topic or subject.  I’ll be giving this a lot of time over the next couple of days and plan to launch into it from that point.

Had to take a few hours out yesterday afternoon for my husband, daughter, and I to go see Dark Knight.  It’s a great movie, with lots of action scenes involving large scale destruction and violence, but there’s a message to the movie for us all to figure out and think about at the end.

Just heard about the 5.8 earthquake that occurred in Southern California about 1-1/2 hours ago.  Not much information out on it yet but there will be by the time the evening news comes on.  We lived in Southern California, Orange County to be exact, for about 17 years up to 1994, so it still is of interest to us as we left some friends there when we moved.

Too hot to go outside today

105 degrees is what we are going up to today here in Fort Worth.  Might as well continue staying inside and digging further into the workings of internet marketing.  Specifically, how to do all the settings and adjustments needed to make all things work together smoothly.  That can be quite a challenge but success and progress do eventually come along step by step.  It’s all worth it since having a fully functioning online, home-based business is what this is all about.   That’s the big prize at the end that I’m very much looking forward to!

Until next time,

Jackie

There are some very good blogs by some very good internet marketers out there that I took a lot of time studying yesterday.  I took a lot of time yesterday because I caused a problem in some settings I was working on and that made time available.  You can learn how styles vary and, of course, how a marketer’s specialty is highlighted by way of content, links, affiliates, and the marketer’s own product offerings.  I pick up a lot of ideas from these blogs and it is something I like to do to see how some the industry’s best people operate.

Wow, what a day it has been adding all these new features into the inner workings of my blog site!  And they all work they way they should.  So far so good.  I’m  very anxious to see how Google Adsense works with my blog.  I plan to utilize it and other associations to build my blog’s presence.  So here’s to everyone else who is working towards success in this field of internet marketing.

And the learning goes on non-stop.  An online business, internet marketing, whatever you choose to call this – requires big blocks of time devoted to learning and working.  The work I put into my online business is all worth it when, at the end of each day, I can say I really am getting this thing rolling!

It’s fun, too, to realize your  own accomplishments are taking you closer to your main goal.  Accomplishments mean your knowledge is building, right along with your confidence.  Little successes are what keeps me going – it’s what keeps anyone going.

Wrapping up on Week 2 of John Thornhill’s Coaching Program has been a good beginning to the 16-week journey through the program.  For anyone new to doing what it takes to start up an online business, this coaching program will have personal attention available to you to get you out of a problem and back on track.  You only need to ask for help and you will get it and the problem will be resolved.  Sometimes you will figure out by yourself how to solve a problem before you get to the point where you think you have to ask for help!  And that is always good stuff!

Having an online business is what I have been working towards for about eight years or so.  A big part of the learning process in starting up an online business is who to follow, who to trust, and how to start things up the right way.  There are many people selling how-to programs, so who do you go with?  We all will buy into weak programs or outright scams until we find someone’s teachings that finally look to be a good choice. That choice in itself requires a lot of research so that you can get to know a marketer as best you can.  Through time and a lot of cross-researching, you can get to the point where someone eventually appears to be honest and someone you feel you can trust. This is the point where I moved to “working” with John Thornhill through his  coaching program.  Almost finishing up with the 2nd week of the 16-week program has gotten me organized enough to keep motivated through overwhelming (almost!) information overload.  Tomorrow will be better with what I learn today!
